Description
The Orbiscan OX-NEO X-Ray Inspection System is a professional X-ray security screening system designed for continuous use in demanding and high-traffic security environments. It combines high-definition imaging, intuitive operation, robust construction, and optimized X-ray shielding for dependable inspection performance. OX-NEO
The system features a 500 × 300 mm inspection tunnel and supports a maximum load of 150 kg. Its conveyor operates at approximately 0.22 m/s, while steel penetration is specified from 13–38 mm, with 15–40 mm typical performance. OX-NEO OX-NEO
The OX-NEO uses a self-contained X-ray tube head with 100 / 140 / 160 kV tube voltage and an adjustable tube current of 0.2–1.2 mA. The system uses sealed oil and forced-air cooling, with diagonal bottom beam direction and an X-ray leakage dose of ≤1 μGy/h measured at 5 cm. OX-NEO
For image analysis, the system provides 7 color modes, 4096 grey levels, 64X adjustable smart zoom, image enhancement, organic/inorganic display, image recall and storage, and system management functions. Image storage supports more than 500,000 images. OX-NEO
The OX-NEO also includes bidirectional scanning and advanced X-ray imaging software. Optional configurations include 304 stainless-steel rollers, Hikvision NVR/camera integration, real-time CCTV monitoring, expanded storage up to 2 TB, and a 19-inch Philips monitor. OX-NEO
